Cancellation Policy
Cartoon covers are premium, hand-drawn designs crafted to bring bold personality and energy to your music. Please review the policy below before booking: 1. Payment Terms • Full upfront payment is required before any work begins. • No split payment options available for cartoon cover art. 2. What’s Included • One (1) fully custom cartoon-style cover art • Up to 2 detailed cartoon characters included • Hand-drawn, high-detail illustration • Delivered in high-resolution PNG format • Designed for digital platforms and promo use 3. Turnaround Time • Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days, depending on complexity. • Rush options may be available for an additional fee. 4. Revisions • Revisions are available during the sketch phase only. • After sketch approval, only color adjustments can be made. • Color revisions requested after the official file has been sent will incur a $60 fee. • Major revision requests after the sketch phase may require a full re-do, which will be billed as a new cartoon cover at a 30% discounted rate. 5. Refund Policy • No refunds once payment is made. • We only accept projects we’re confident we can deliver with excellence.
