To ensure a smooth and professional process, please review our policy below: 1. Payment Terms • Full upfront payment is required before work begins. • No split payments are available for standard cover art projects. 2. Revisions • Unlimited revisions are included within the original scope before final delivery. • Revisions requested after the official file has been sent will incur a $30 fee per revision. • Major concept changes after initial direction is approved may require an additional fee. 3. Refund Policy • No refunds will be issued once payment is made. • Our commitment is to get it right. We’ll work closely with you to ensure satisfaction. • If we feel we cannot deliver your project at a high standard, we will not take it on. 4. Creative Direction • Clear communication upfront helps us deliver your vision accurately. • Please provide references or direction if you have a specific look in mind. • We maintain creative integrity and will always advise what works best for a strong, professional result. 5. File Delivery • Final designs are delivered in high-resolution PNG format ready for digital distribution. • Additional file types are available for an extra fee.
