Payment Terms • Full upfront payment is required before any design work begins. • No split payment options are available for single flyer orders. 2. What’s Included • One (1) custom flyer design tailored to your event, brand, or campaign. • Designed for digital use or light printing. • Delivered in high-resolution PNG format. • PDF print files are not included, but available for an additional fee. 3. Revisions • Unlimited revisions are included within the original scope before final delivery. • Revisions requested after the official file has been sent will incur a $20 fee per revision. • Major changes in direction after a concept has been approved may also require an additional fee. 4. Turnaround Time • Standard turnaround is 24–72 hours, depending on design complexity. • Rush options may be available—contact us for availability and pricing. 5. Refund Policy • No refunds will be issued once payment is made. • We only accept projects we are confident we can deliver at a high standard.
