Cancellation Policy

Brand Benefitt | Logo Design Policy Booking & Payments • A 50–60% upfront payment is required to begin all logo projects. • The remaining balance is due upon final approval, before delivery of final files. • Split payments include an additional fee (e.g., +$50). Revisions • Unlimited revisions are included within the scope of the original concept(s). • Major design changes or additional concepts outside of the original scope may require an additional fee. Turnaround Time • Standard turnaround for initial concepts is 5–7 business days after receiving payment and creative brief. • Final delivery depends on client feedback and revision rounds. Deliverables • Final logo files include: • High-resolution JPG and PNG (transparent background) • Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) • Web and print-ready versions • Mockups for professional presentation • Editable source files included with paid package. Usage Rights • Upon full payment, you receive full commercial usage rights to the final approved logo. • Brand Benefitt retains the right to display the work in portfolios and promotional materials. Refund Policy • Due to the creative nature of design work, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun. • If a project is canceled before design work starts, a partial refund may be offered (minus admin or processing time).
